How to Get Started

Your first class will be a personal training session with an AMA instructor. The Session will allow you to pin down your goals with feedback from a professional.

You will spend about 45 minutes learning the basics, giving you a good idea of what to expect from the full AMA St Louis, Women's Only Bootcamp.
